I am what you can call a versatile technical supporter, I can support both pc, mac, linux, & also fiber, coax & copper lines, as I have for many years worked with just these areas, and have specialized in these.
However, I have also for a number of years had my interest and everyday life in both the Windows & linux server environment, and gained a lot of experience from here, as I have been surrounded by passionate professionals in the field.
